1:1 Health and Fitness Coaching

My mission is to help you achieve your healthiest and happiest body by motivating and supporting you throughout the programme.
My online health coaching allows me to work with women from all around the world that would like to improve their fitness, lose weight and feel great. I offer a one-month programme as well as a three-month programme. During this programme, I will guide you on how to create a healthier lifestyle by looking at the different aspects of your life including your nutrition, physical activity and your general wellbeing. This is not a quick fix, it’s a journey that will allow you to understand and control a variety of issues such as your eating patterns and daily habits.
With both the 1-month and 3-month programmes you will get:

One initial 30 - minute consultation (by phone or Zoom call).

Two 30 min meetings a month. In these sessions, we will go over what you have been working on, what’s working, how you’ve enjoyed your exercise routine and your nutrition.

You will also receive a workout programme and a nutrition plan specifically designed for your goals.
I will be supporting and encouraging you throughout the programme and I will be available by email to provide you the support you need. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and create a plan on how to achieve them in order for you to lead the healthiest and happiest life!
