Meet Beatrice

I am the proud mummy of Sophie and wife to my lovely husband Richard who is currently serving in the RAF. Being a military wife for the past 6 years, I realised that staying healthy and fit is difficult when you are away from family and friends even as a fitness professional. This is why I created Operation Drop-a-Size as I truly believe that staying active and being surrounded by a positive community is important for our mental and physical well-being. 


Throughout my career as a personal trainer I have met some amazing ladies that I was privileged enough to help them with their weigh loss and fitness journey and I look forward to helping even more in the future.
